The 2025 MLB All-Star Weekend festivities will take place in Atlanta with most of the events happening at the Braves Stadium (known as Truist Park) and The Battery. This is creating plenty of excitement in the ATL, but finding a place to park without paying a mortgage payment can be a challenge.
There are a few options with potentially free parking for the MLB All-Star Game, Home Run Derby, MLB Draft and other events. Please be advised to check with staff members for the policies during MLB All-Star week. For major events like the MLB playoffs, fans have seen these options change as businesses look to make more money.
The first place to check is Red Lobster off Cobb Parkway near the Braves Stadium. This season, the restaurant has been offering free parking for fans who eat at Red Lobster.
Prices for parking typically range from $20 to $30, so as long as you spend this amount at Red Lobster, the restaurant will allow you to park for free. It is a great location that is about a 10 minute walk to Truist Park.

Please be sure to check the policy for MLB All-Star week before expecting to park for free given the high demand for parking during these events.
Another option is the Applebee’s near The Battery off Spring Road. You will really want to check this option because the policies can change by the day. Most seasons, Applebee’s has offered patrons free parking.
As odd as it sounds, it’s a good place to pregame for Braves games and events like the MLB All-Star Game given you can often get free parking as long as you spend money on food or drinks. You’ll want to place you receipt on your car’s dash.
Applebee’s may not be offering this option during the MLB All-Star Game, so be sure to check before parking. Sometimes there can be a minimum purchase amount so also check on this to make sure you meet the requirement.
The Battery Offers Free Parking Near the Braves Stadium- But There’s a Catch
Fans visiting for MLB All-Star events will often hear people refer to The Battery. This is just the area directly by Truist Park where the Braves play that includes bars, shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

The Battery offers free parking for the first two hours. This is great news, but that is not going to work for events like the MLB All-Star Game or Home Run Derby as you are going to be at Truist Park for more than this time period.
That said, it is still a great option for events at The Battery where you are only going to be in the area for a couple of hours. Most of the garages directly located in The Battery offer free two-hour parking, and some places validate your ticket but you will want to check with the business for the minimum purchase amount.
Best MLB All-Star Game Parking for Purchase
Maybe the free parking options during the MLB All-Star Game are not available, or you would prefer to simply purchase a pass. There are a few available options but be prepared to pay a premium.

Right now, the cheapest parking pass is $74 for Lot 47 all the way up to $84 for Lot 43 when it comes to the options sold by MLB.
Another option is parking near the Del Taco off Herodian Way, just at the corner of Cobb Parkway. These all require payment but are some of the cheapest lots near Truist Park and The Battery offering a short walk to Truist Park.
Here is a quick refresher on everything you need to know about parking during the MLB All-Star Weekend, events, Home Run Derby and MLB Draft.
